Actingstreet Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. We do not hire employees for remodeling work. This page is for contractors who run their own businesses and want homeowner calls.

Homeowners who reach us are often prepared. They have photos, notes and a clear goal. That can make first conversations simpler.

Who we are looking for

• Independent kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractors
• Providers who handle bathing-area projects, such as tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers and walk-in tubs
• Businesses serving Delray Beach and the Delray Beach area
• Providers who want full projects, not small repairs
• Contractors who understand humid, storm-prone conditions in Florida

We do not refer mobile home projects.

What we expect

1. Valid licensing and insurance as required where you work. You are responsible for proof. 2. Clear written quotes with scope, materials and timing. 3. Honest communication. Say what you can and cannot do. 4. Prompt follow-up. Homeowners should hear back when they request contact. 5. Care notes. Give clients simple upkeep guidance after the job.

Providers stay independent. You set your own prices, schedule and contract terms.

• A few photos of finished work

We will review what you send and reply if there is a fit. Approval is not promised, and volume of referrals varies.
